Chief Executive Office
With professional experience in world renown business schools, Dr. Ivanova led IVAEN Education from a small local educational organization to a global network with students and staff from over 100 countries. She holds a PhD in Education from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain, and her research areas of interest include business innovation, entrepreneurship, and quality in business education. Dr. Ivanova has been responsible for several accreditation & quality assurance processes and ensured stable growth of the business schools she managed nationally and internationally, as well as their recognition by ACCA, ECBE, ACBSP, Microsoft, and other accreditation bodies.
MR. ANTONIO RODRIGUEZ ENGELMANN

Mr. Rodriguez brings more than ten years of professional experience in strategic technology consulting. Under his leadership, the institutions comprising the network of IVAEN Education achieved recognition of Microsoft as showcase schools, were able to launch state-of-the art online platform and online education programs and adopted digital technology throughout different operational units. Mr. Rodriguez holds a Master’s degree in Quality Assurance in Education, a Master’s degree in Digital Business, and a BSc in Computer Science.
